Mercedes-Benz S-Class 2018 to officially announce its price

The 2018 Mercedes-Benz S-Class’s price begins from € 88,446 in the European market.
Mercedes scheduled to officially reveal the facelifted 2018 Mercedes S-Class sedan at the 2017 Shanghai Auto Show in April. Now, pricing for the 2018 S-Class for the Europe market has been announced.

Accordingly, the Mercedes S350d begins from €88,446 in short-wheelbase guise in Europe where its equivalent long-wheelbase (LWB) sibling starts off at €91,791. Therefore, compared with a couple grand more than last year's model, 2018 Mercedes-Benz S-Class costs only a couple hundred more than its predecessor. In Europe, 2018 Mercedes-Benz S350d is sharing an inline-six 3.0-liter engine and developing 286 hp.

The next step up is the S400d, with a starting price of € 93.206 for the short wheelbase or 96,479.25 stretched. Applied same engine with 2018 Mercedes-Benz S350d, the car ups the power ante to 340 hp.

Currently, Mercedes-Benz has not announced the specific price of the S400 2018 in the European market. Therefore, the S560 temporarily represents the standard gasoline model. Replacing the S500/S550, 2018 Mercedes-Benz S560 for sale begins from € 113.960 for short wheelbase or € 116,994.85 for long wheelbase. The fancy extra-long Maybach version goes for €143,508. The car is motivated by a 4.0-liter V8 pushing out 469 hp (345 kW) and 700 Nm (516 lb-ft).

The temporary range topper is Mercedes-AMG S63 LWB 2018 from €160,293. The S63 is just available for the moment as a LWB model with a monstrous 612 hp (450 kW), generated by a 4.0-liter V8 replacing like the S560.

Pricing for other models expected to join the lineup of S-Class 2018 such as S600, Mercedes-Maybach S600, Mercedes-AMG S65 hasn’t been out yet.
