For three years in a row.

For the third consecutive time, Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) bagged the “Triple Star” award at the 2021 Isuzu Distributor & Dealer Aftersales Award. This is the highest accolade to be attained with Single Stars as the lowest. Isuzu Motors Limited, Japan (IML) handed the prestigious award to recognize the aftersales efforts of IPC.

The recognition was announced during the awarding ceremony of the 2021 Isuzu World Technical Competition. IPC stated that its back-to-back-to-back title can be attributed to the collaborative efforts and commitment of each and every Isuzu dealership in the country.

“We couldn’t be happier, receiving the Triple Star award for three consecutive years prove that Isuzu Philippines’ aftersales service is at par with the global standard. This is the fruit of our hard labor and the collaborative effort from our dealer network to provide the best aftersales service to our customers nationwide,” said IPC President Hajime Koso.

Considering that IPC offers a wide array of commercial vehicles (CVs), the Triple Star aftersales service award is an important factor that can assure Filipino entrepreneurs that their Isuzu CVs will be maintained thoroughly. That said, business mobility with Isuzu should be long-lasting and downright reliable.

Even the Japanese marque’s passenger car lineup, namely the Isuzu D-Max and Isuzu mu-X, can benefit from the impressive aftersales performance. Filipino car buyers can be assured that the Isuzu D-Max is able to deliver its renowned versatility like a rugged pickup truck, while the Isuzu mu-X is capable of going into long family road trips without running into severe road issues.
