A special one-off Mitsubishi Triton will join 2 other Mitsubishis in the Fast & Furious Live arena tour this year.

The Mitsubishi Triton (known as the Strada in the Philippines and the L200 in the UK market) has welcomed its two new limited-run special versions dubbed the SVP II and the Barbarian SVP in 2018 and 2017 respectively. Now, an all-new one-off Mitsubishi Triton will jump into the range and also join the Fast & Furious Live arena tour in 2018.

The new version will be powered by a 2.4L turbodiesel engine redesigned from the standard variant. No word on its performance specifications but outputs are expected to be significantly better than the standard 178 hp and 430 Nm of torque. The one-off Mitsubishi Triton will come equipped with a 3D-printed air intake, a fresh Garrett turbocharger, high-performance air filter, a custom-built manifold, optimized ECU and a larger intercooler.

It also has an external roll cage which envelops the A-pillars, front fenders, front bumper and other customized features on the body. A side-exit exhaust brings the new Triton a handsome look while the 15’’ rear wheels earn the pickup an impressive appearance.
