2023 Chevrolet Tahoe SUV now available in Chevy PH dealerships

The 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe is now available from the Bowtie Car brand’s local dealerships. This is a better alternative to the previous arrangement of a per-order basis.

Note that the Tahoe units that are presently available from authorized Chevrolet Philippines dealerships are the same fifth-generation model that was first seen at the 2022 Manila International Auto Show.  

When it comes to styling, both assume a bold and assertive look further enhanced by a pair of LED headlamps, LED daytime running lamps, active grille shutters, and a set of 20-inch wheels. Its front skid plates likewise give the Tahoe protection when going offroad.  

Its side then features wide windows and an equally expansive sidestep board. The rear of this full-size SUV comes with a pair of T-shaped LED taillights, a roof-mounted spoiler, and a huge power tailgate leading to a generously sized trunk.

Step inside the 2023 Tahoe and one will see a spacious cabin with a stylishly modern design. It can seat up to eight occupants, and all inside are kept cool by a triple-zone automatic climate control system. 

The front cabin occupants are provided with 10-way power-adjustable seats, and a 15-inch heads-up display for vehicle information, a push-to-start button, a power tilt & telescopic steering column, etc. 

Dominating the dashboard is a 10.2-inch Chevrolet Mylink Infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The said screen is then linked to a nine-piece Bose sound speaker system. If that isn’t enough, the Tahoe also has optional 12.6-inch LCD display touchscreens for the second and third-row seats.

The Chevrolet Tahoe also has tons of features to keep its occupants safe. For its standard safety bits, it gets a total of nine airbags, ISOFIX child seat anchors, rear parking sensors, a front camera, a reversing camera, anti-lock braking, traction control, hill-start assist, hill-descent control, and stability control.  

Further boosting its ability to provide safer rides is a set of advanced driver-assistive features. Chief among these is an automatic emergency braking system, adaptive cruise control, lane keeping assist, lane departure warning, blind spot monitoring, forward collision alert, etc.  

Under the hood of the 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe is a 5.3-liter Ecotec V8 engine that’s capable of producing up to 355 horsepower and 518 Nm of torque. Power is then sent to all four wheels.

The Tahoe’s ride quality is then ensured by Chevrolet’s Magnetic Ride Control front and rear suspension. Adjustability for additional ride height when you need it is also present thanks to adaptive air suspension.  

There are two trims for the Philippine-spec Chevrolet Tahoe. The top-spec model is the Tahoe High Country which is priced at Php 8,692,888, while the sportier option of the Tahoe Z71 trim retails at Php 7,702,888. 

For a better ownership experience, the 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe is likewise packaged with a 5-year warranty. Buyers of this model also have access to the 24/7 Chevrolet Roadside Assistance service for three years.
