The Chevrolet Tahoe was first introduced in 1995 and is currently on its fourth generation with the launch of the 4x2 LT automatic transmission variant. The SUV’s latest variant in the market was launched in 2015. This variant will be launched within the fourth quarter of 2020.

The SUV’s massive size has a capacity of 94.7 cubic feet cargo space, wide legroom, and generous headroom for passengers.

Sliding 8-inch touchscreen that is connected to the Chevrolet MyLink Infotainment System. It is Bluetooth capable and boasts of its seamless compatibility with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The infotainment system is connected to a Bose 9-speaker system with subwoofer.
Chevrolet goes big on the Tahoe’s safety features through its advanced technology that includes the Lane Keep Assist, Forward Collision Alert, and Low Speed Forward Auto Brake. These safety features provide the confidence knowing that the Tahoe is capable of avoiding potential collisions.
Platform & Chassis
The SUV’s 5.3L engine sends power directly to the rear wheels. It is equipped with double-wishbone front suspension and rigid axle rear suspension with coil spring shock absorbers. Stopping power comes from front and rear disc brakes.
The Tahoe rides on a GMTK2XX platform which General Motors specifically developed for its line of full-size trucks and large SUV’s.

The Chevrolet Tahoe is powered by a 5.3L EcoTec3 V8 engine that produces an impressive 355 hp and 516 Nm of torque which is enough power to tow heavy equipment such as ATV’s or boats. The impressive engine is paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission. Its hydraulic power steering provides easier maneuvering that is essential especially for a large vehicle.
