BMW has introduced the new M240i M Performance Edition with the facelifted 2-Series that enhances the dynamic character of the sporty coupe.
The new BMW M240i M Performance Edition possesses a high-grade sporty appearance which is created by the distinctive contrasts between the Alpine White exterior and the carbon fiber and black detail parts.

At the front, the compact sports coupe is equipped with air guides, a splitter, and a black grille. The athletic look is highlighted with carbon fiber side skirts, carbon fiber mirror caps, and a large 19 inch light alloy wheels with a two-tone finish. To further express the sporty style of this facelifted model, designers also add a partly painted rear diffuser and a carbon fiber rear spoiler.

This powerful coupe will be put on sale in July and production will be limited to 750 units.

The Edition model is powered by a 3.0-liter TwinPower Turbo six-cylinder engine which is able to produce 340 PS (335 hp). It can be ordered either with a six-speed manual gearbox or an eight-speed Steptronic sports transmission. The availability of the all-wheel drive with the latter gearbox allows the M240i M Performance Edition to accelerate from 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) in 4.4 seconds before topping out at 250 km/h (155 mph).
