As a modern subcompact crossover SUV, the Haval Jolion promises to provide punchy performance that’s combined with a comfy interior and plenty of tech features.

Let’s check the GWM Haval Jolion in detail to get to know it a little bit better.

Exterior

Where styling is concerned, the Haval Jolion gets the familiar crossover silhouette for the most part. However, some of its more unique design details are found on its front, namely, its large octagonal mesh grille flanked by a pair of T-shaped headlamp clusters.

Within the headlamp clusters of the Haval Jolion is a set of LEDs that functions as its main source of forward illumination. The LED daytime running lamps which are also positioned within the headlamp clusters then flow down towards the front's lower side portions while surrounded by decorative trim pieces.

From the side, the Haval Jolion gets a quieter-looking design that comes off as sleek. It does get some visual flare on this portion thanks to the chrome linings on the windows and the lower section of its doors. Curiously, this crossover SUV lacks the usual side black plastic claddings found in other models in its class.

The rear then features a roof-mounted rear spoiler, a pair of chunky T-shaped LED headlamps, as well as a chrome-decorated black plastic rear diffuser.

Other exterior features available for the Haval Jolion include power folding side mirrors, rain-sensing wipers, and a fin-type antenna.

Depending on the trim, the 2023 GWM Haval Jolion rides on a set of 18-inch alloy wheels or a smaller set of 17-inch wheels.

Interior

Step inside the Haval Jolion and one will be greeted with a well-arranged cabin that’s good for up to five occupants.

Notable driver-centric features found inside the top-spec variant of this GWM model include a seven-inch digital gauge cluster, a heads-up display, a six-way power adjustable driver’s seat, an anti-glare automatic rearview mirror, a push-to-start button, a tilt-adjustable multi-function steering wheel, etc.
