The viewer, fundamentally, is a sun shade which magnetically clips itself on the top of the SUV’s panoramic moonroof. Specially, it’s ISO-certificated 12312-2, so you can bravely look directly at the sun and enjoy the scene comfortably. What’s more, the Eclipse Viewer is so large that five people can experience the eclipse together.

Because the total eclipse is just a one-day event, the XC60 Panoramic Moonroof Eclipse Viewer will be sold in a limited number at some US Volvo dealerships where the eclipse can be totally seen including Idaho, Oregon, Missouri, Nebraska, and South Carolina. In particular, the viewer is completely free to Volvo XC60’s owners.
