The reason why we suppose this test mule the Nissan Terra is because of the familiar shape of D-pillar that we saw in the Chinese roads. In the meantime, several Philippine-style tricycles in the foreground and a conduction sticker strengthen that it is undoubtedly being tested in the country, in Tarlac to be exact, according to Autoindustriya. Sadly, we could not have photo of the front fascia.

​In actual fact, Philippines is a big place for PPVs with a large number of hot-sellers such as the Toyota Fortuner, Isuzu Mu-X, Mitsubishi Montero Sport, Ford Everest, and Chevrolet Trailblazer. As a result, the Nissan "pickup-based” SUV being road tested here truly makes a lot of sense.

At launch, the new Nissan Terra is speculated to share the 2.5-liter common rail turbo diesel engine and the 7-speed automatic transmissions with the Nissan Navara pickup. To a greater extent, it will likely borrow the Navara's signature coil spring rear suspension.
