Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) relaunched the new Isuzu Makati dealership that now adopts the brand’s corporation design philosophy known as the Isuzu Outlet Standard (IOS).

The Isuzu Makati is still managed by Gencars, headed by its Chairman, Edward Cabangon, and President Lerma Nacnac. Gencars owns seven Isuzu branches including Isuzu Makati, Isuzu Legaspi, Isuzu Naga, Isuzu San Pablo, Isuzu Batangas, Isuzu Batangas City, and Isuzu Sta. Rosa.
“As one of IPC’s longtime partners, Gencars shares the company’s desire to enhance the experience of our customers whenever they visit our dealerships. With our new IOS compliant Isuzu Makati, we are confident that our loyal customers, as well as first-time visitors, will appreciate the upgrades, along with our excellent products and service,” said Gencars Chairman Edgard Cabangon.
Located at 2113 Chino Roces Avenue, corner Dela Rosa Street, Makati City, people residing near the new dealership can get a better view of the brand’s vehicles which are known to be some of the toughest and most reliable in the market. The passenger car lineup includes the Isuzu D-Max and the 7-seater mu-X.
It is improved to serve better
As for commercial vehicles, Isuzu Makati is offering the Traviz, available in short and long wheelbases to meet various business mobility needs. In addition, the dealership will be growing the reach of the Isuzu N-Series Smoother, the first light-duty truck to be equipped with an automated manual transmission (AMT).
Present in the inauguration ceremony were key officials from Gencars and IPC including the latter’s President, Hajime Koso. He thanked Gencars for its continuous support for the Japanese marque in its dealer expansion campaign.
“This new Isuzu Outlet Standard is part of our company’s push to achieve utmost ‘Customer Success,’ aligned with Isuzu’s Global Dealership Standards that gives importance not just the sales side but the overall customer journey,” said Koso.
