The dealerships that propelled Isuzu to the top.

Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) held the 2022 Dealer of the Year Awards a few days ago, on January 28, 2023. This yearly event acknowledges the achievements of Isuzu dealerships from all around the Philippines.

Isuzu Makati (Isuzu Gencars) is the 2022 Dealer of the Year

These establishments, after all, are the backbone of the Japanese marque’s performance last year. In fact, they are at the forefront of making Isuzu the number-one truck brand in the Philippines for 2022.  

Some particular dealerships have managed to perform particularly well in the realm of sales and providing aftermarket care to customers. To this end, IPC has sought to give awards to the best of the best.  

For the overall 2022 Dealer of Year, the first place went to Isuzu Makati, under Isuzu Gencars, Inc. Second place was then awarded to Isuzu Cagayan De Oro, and third place went to Isuzu Bacoor. This award thus distinguishes Isuzu Makati as the top dealership in the entire Isuzu Philippines dealer network.

IPC also hailed individuals who performed their duties with excellence. These include Rica Anne M. Quico from Isuzu Alabang as the 2022 Sales Executive of the Year and Diana Rose T. Araneta from Isuzu Pasig for the 2022 Truck Elite of the Year.  

With regards to the other awards categories, here is the full list; 

2022 Excellence in Sales Operations 

  • 1st Place – Isuzu Alabang 

  • 2nd Place – Isuzu Calapan 

  • 3rd Place – Isuzu Cagayan De Oro 

2022 Excellence in Service Operations 

  • 1st Place – Isuzu Cagayan De Oro 

  • 2nd Place – Isuzu Makati 

  • 3rd Place – Isuzu Bacoor 

2022 Excellence in Parts Operations 

  • 1st Place – Isuzu Makati 

  • 2nd Place – Isuzu Isabela 

  • 3rd Place – Isuzu Cagayan de Oro 

Note that there are a total of 48 Isuzu dealerships in the country. And out of those, the ones listed above are the several that have shown their mettle. To this end, IPC President Tetsuya Fujita has expressed his gratitude for all the hard work that the entire IPC dealership network has continued to show. 

IPC Executive Vice President Shojiro Sakoda likewise congratulated the winners. He also added encouraged everyone during the 2022 DOYA event to make 2023 another successful year for IPC.
