If you actually want to buy a brand new Ferrari for your own, don’t work for Ferrari.
Working for a luxury car manufacturer would be a dream of most auto fanatics as normally, employees will be given a special discounted price. But, it’s not the case when you work for Ferrari.

According to Ferrari’s Marketing Manager Enrico Galliera, all Ferrari employees are not allowed to buy a brand new Ferrari off the factory line. "The philosophy is that with such limited production and clients waiting so long to get their car, it's not nice if the car is delivered to employees. It is clients first," he explained.

In fact, the Francing Horse builds only 8,000 vehicles each year and there’s a wait of years before its esteemed customers can touch their car. Moreover, Ferrari’s limited supercars are only sold to those who deserve. Consequently, if you are not a Ferrari customer, never think of owning a Ferrari no matter how much money you have.

Nonetheless, Scuderia Ferrari F1 drivers are an exception. They are the only Ferrari staff who are able to get a new supercar from Maranello, but certainly, there’s no discount.  
 
If you can’t get a brand new car of the luxury marque, turn to the used market in which you can find a wide range of used Ferrari models for sale. Another option is to give up your job and you are able to become a valued “Ferrari client”. However, keep in mind that Ferrari is very very selective on who deserve to its range of supercars.
