BMW has announced so far that it will introduce a couple of special versions of the X5 and X6. This special duo promises to come with a host of additional unparalleled features and equipment.
Let’s begin with the BMW X5 Special Edition. Generally speaking, the changes mostly carry over the inside.

This edition is a perfect blend of the current M Sport Package and Dakota leather trim, inclusive of heated seats for driver and front passengers. As an alternative, customers can opt for the Alcantara/leather combo with M badging, painted in Anthracite and black, respectively. But more than that, the German brand also offers a various color palette with five options for the Merino leather upholstery.
A multifunction instrument display and sun protection glass are also loaded in the X5, except the X5 xDrive40e iPerformance.

The BMW X6 M Sport Edition, contrary to the X5, is given more exterior updates. The most recognizable features are distinct 20-inch M light alloy wheels and new Long Beach Blue metallic hue, besides optional Mineral White and Carbon Black paints. A bigger set of 21-inch comes as an option. And carbon fiber strips are the only alteration in the cockpit.
The BMW X6 M Sport Edition is given more exterior updates
Of note, the special edition is the offering for all X5 and X6 variants but for the M50d.
