For those who are looking to cash the all-new Celerio in, they can enjoy a cash discount deal of Php 38,000 under the “5-Tastic Deals” promo. With it, SPH said that the hatchback has been made “5-TASTICALLY affordable.” It is also available with a low down payment offer of up to Php 68,000.
Launched in May 2022, the all-new Suzuki Celerio comes with a design that is less boxy as compared to the old model. It is now larger in terms of dimensions which span 3,695 mm in length, 1,655 mm in width, and 1,555 mm in height. The vehicle also has a wheelbase rated at 2,435 mm.
An efficient hatchback
The center console houses a 6.2-inch Sony infotainment touchscreen that offers Weblink and Bluetooth connectivity. Safety has also been improved in the next-gen model with features such as SRS front dual airbags, an anti-lock brake system (ABS), an electronic stability program (ESP), and a segment-first hill hold control.
Under the hood is a new and more efficient 1.0-liter K10C 3-cylinder engine that is capable of generating 66 horsepower and 89 Nm of torque. The Japanese marque claims that the new power unit can return up to 28.25 km/l based on an official fuel economy test. Either a 5-speed manual or 5-speed auto gear shift (AGS) can be paired with the engine.
