The Insight 2019, this time, is made to be a smooth-looking sedan. Besides styles borrowed from the Accord and the Civic, the new model gains a low and wide stance. The grille comes alongside splendid LED headlights. There will be an option of sixteen or seventeen-inch alloy wheels available. The Honda Insight 2019 interior reminds us of the all-new Civic. The in-car features are to be dreamt of. They are a leather-coated steering wheel, an 8-inch touchscreen, Pandora, Android Auto, Apple Carplay, and Bluetooth.
Some extras equipped to the higher trimmed models include power moonroof, rain-detecting wipers, holed leather upholstery, four-way power adjustment, satellite navigation, climate control, 10-speaker sound system, 4G, LTE, WIFI and front seats with the heat mode.

The new model carries the 3rd-gen 2-motor hybrid system of Honda. This system includes a powerful plug-in motor thanks to a Li-ion battery pack and a 1.5—litre 4-cylinder engine. The system is capable of putting out 267 Nm of torque and 151 PS. The Insight is claimed to have an average gas consumption of over 23 km/l.
Sport, Economy, and Normal are the three modes of driving in the new Insight. The model also brings out three levels of braking performance. One thing to applaud this model is the plug-in motor powers the axles directly; therefore, it says goodbye the old automatic transmission. With other upgrades in the drive axles and the engine, the new Insight is expected to have a much more efficient and powerful operation.
