A more amazing GT-R could enter our island in this November.
Recently, Nissan Philippines has attracted a lot of attention when they launched the 2017 GT-R last year. However, it seems to be hotter than ever when there is an information showing that a special version - the Nissan GT-R NISMO will hit the Philippines’ market with the output of 608 hp.
This good clue came from a post on the Facebook page of a Nissan Quezon Avenue sale executive. In the post, the Nissan staff said that they started accepting orders for the Nissan GT-R NISMO, the estimated price was 14 million and the scheduled release was this November. Accordingly, the new model’s price is almost double the price of the standard GT-R Premium currently on offer.

The GT-R NISMO is the most powerful version of Nissan and its name evokes the name of their tuning arm: NISMO or Nissan Motorsport. The model comes with the 3.8-liter VR38 twin turbo V6 that is the same as its previous edition, but surprisingly, the GT-R NISMO now produces up to 608 hp.

It is noticeable that the car has the forged 20-inch NISMO wheels that are specially designed by Rays Engineering. Filling the arches is a selection of 20-inch alloy wheels with new six-spoke design, making the car a bit lighter than the outgoing model. Additionally, the suspension also receives updates with a stiffer and firm ride. Interior-wise, the new model is fitted with a NISMO exclusive gauge cluster and Recaro seats combined with red suede inserts.

If the post is true, the GT-R NISMO could come to the Philippines in this November. And GT-R admirers should prepare and be ready to welcome the special version. To be sure, you may start making a reservation with the Nissan High Performance Center.
