The Mitsubishi Outlander 2018 comes with a medley of premium features.

After over 6 years of expectation, the next-gen Mitsubishi Outlander has come to light in India, offering INR 31.54 lahk which is equivalent to roughly P2,480,000.

The Indian-spec Mitsubishi Outlander 2018 comes with a medley of premium features including a 710W amplifier, a woofer, 2 tweeters, 4-speaker audio system with Rockford Fosgate acoustic-styled design, 6.1-inch 2 DIN head unit, electric parking brake equipped with automatic hold, dual-zone auto climate control, electric sunroof, LED rear combination lights, LED front fog lights, and LED headlights with LED DRL.

Speaking of safety features, it seems the auto brand doesn’t want they don’t want an imbalance in general so that high-quality equipment are brought along too; HAS, ASC, ABS with EBD, and 7 airbags won’t give you a great sense of safety.

The Indian-spec Outlander 2018 is priced at INR 31.54 lahk

When it comes to the model’s measures, it has a length of 4,695mm and a width of 1,810mm while is 1,710 mm high. The Mitsubishi Outlander 2018 is designed to have a 2,695 mm wheelbase. Its ground clearance is now 190 mm and will offer two version options: One is 5-seat and the other is 7-seat.

For the Indian market, only a 7-seat Outlander comes available. This version gets powered by a 2.4L MIVEC petrol powertrain which musters out 222 Nm at 4100 rpm and 167 PS at 6000 rpm. It runs on a CVT with a Multi-Select AWD.

The Mitsubishi Outlander 2018 for the Indian market offers a price (INR 31.55 lahk) that has high hopes to compete with the Isuzu MU-X, Toyota Fortuner, Ford Endeavour, Skoda Kodiaq, and Volkswagen Tiguan; however, with its features, the car is quite pricier compared to all listed rivals.

Let's wait and see if we will have a chance to welcome an all-new Outlander to the Mitsubishi Philippines new car lineup anytime soon.
