Bentley commemorates second-gen Continental GT with the all-new Timeless Series

The all-new Timeless Series will replace the second generation Continental GT in the next few months.
To commemorate the second-generation Continental GT, Bentley has recently taken the covers off the limited-run Continental GT Timeless series which is expected to be unveiled at Frankfurt Motor Show this year.

The all-new model will be a convertible with 7 unique colors including Cool, Camel, Glacier, Dark Sapphire, Onyx, Glacier and Havana.

Regardless of hues, all models will be equipped with the lower grills and shiny upper, big 21-inch alloy wheels and 'Timeless Series' badges/door sill plates. The puddle lamps are the highlight of the upgraded exterior and also spotlights the brand’s logo.

Inside, the cabin is also perfected as the exterior. The interior is completely covered by leather and wood trim, along with metal trim accents. It is noticeable that the Timeless Series is a unique model that is equipped with a special five-layer Liquid Amber veneer to be precisely painted by hand.

Moreover, the special version Continental GT has standard features for its interior, including two tones leather-wrapped steering wheel, 8-inch touchscreen infotainment with a 30GB hard drive (15GB for music storage) and integrated satellite navigation system.

The Continental GT Timeless Series uses two engines. And car buyers over in the US market will get the new model with the 6.0-liter twin-turbo W12. It brings about 575 PS along with 700 Nm of torque and comes with a six-speed automatic gearbox. Meanwhile, in Europe, the new version will be associated with the tuned 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8. It generates 528 PS with 680 Nm of torque. Instead of a six-speed gearbox, the V8 S model has an eight-speed automatic.
