Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) acknowledges that the rainy season can be troublesome, especially for those who take public transportation to school or work. This is why the company decided to roll out enticing promos, under the ‘Rainy Day Deals,’ on its vehicles including the Raize.

The Toyota Raize is available with a low monthly payment of Php 9,351 for its 1.2 G CVT variant. This is based on the company’s low monthly plan offer called the Pay Light deal which consists of a 50-percent down payment and a 60 months-to-pay scheme.
Serving as an entry into the competitive subcompact crossover segment, the Toyota Raize is the newest member of TMP’s extensive lineup. It was launched in the Philippine market last February, and has been selling well since then. In fact, the waiting period for the top-spec 1.0 Turbo CVT reached up to four months.

But as for the 1.2 G CVT that is offered with the Pay Light deal, it is equipped with split-type LED headlamps with line guide, LED sequential front turn signal lamps, smart entry, and a 7-inch TFT (thin film transistor) gauge cluster. It also comes with an 8-inch infotainment touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
Under the hood is a 1.2-liter inline-3 naturally-aspirated gas engine with 87 horsepower and 113 Nm of torque. The engine is connected to a continuously variable transmission (CVT). This type of transmission is said to be more fuel-efficient than traditional gearboxes, which can help take passengers to great distances even during the rainy season.
Another promo offered for the Japanese subcompact crossover this month is a free periodic maintenance service (PMS) of up to 20,000 km. This can aid the car ownership experience of those who will consider the Raize as their next road partner.

To note, the ‘Rainy Day Deals’ is up for grabs until the end of June 2022. It also offers other Toyota models such as the Vios, Innova, and Fortuner with promos so buyers are encouraged to visit TMP’s website for more details.
