During the virtual media launch, TMP said that it is targeting to sell 1,000 units of the Raize every month. The car brand admittedly shared that the said number might be a bit challenging to achieve but TMP has also humbly said that they are confident to hit the 1K monthly sales target.
The Raize can accommodate up to five occupants
TMP first vice president Sherwin Chualim shared that the car brand plans to hit the 1,000 units monthly sales target by launching a series of marketing campaigns. TMP will invest in traditional marketing but Chualim expressed that it will also utilize the digital platform in promoting the 2022 Raize. Investing in digital marketing is included in TMP’s plan since the Raize aims to attract the younger demographic of car buyers, which is similar to how other car brands market their respective subcompact crossovers.
Toyota also leans on maintaining its sales momentum. TMP chairman Alfred Ty said the car brand’s 46.3 market share in 2021 is the highest in the Philippines, and even in the ASEAN region.
Last year, the Vios retains its title as the best-selling Toyota in the Philippines with 35,095 units sold. It is followed by the Hilux with 18,969 units sold while the Wigo claims the third spot with 17,491 units.
The Raize is ready to square up with its segment rivals

It was then introduced to the Philippine market in January 2022.

Safety-wise, this Toyota crossover also features stability control, anti-lock braking with electronic brake-force distribution, and hill-start assist.
The top-spec variant adds to those with a rear camera, front, and rear parking sensors, as well as blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert.
