If you’re into cars, then you are pretty much aware that the hobby of toy car collecting is intertwined with the automotive scene. It might be that many grown-up car enthusiasts caught their love of cars from owning and playing with the likes of Hot Wheels, Tomica model kits, Matchbox, etc. So yeah, many adult car dudes and gals will still crack a smile at seeing one or two of their favorite car toys.

Instagrammer need4zcars, an avid car toy collector knows this very well. To take it to the next level though, he constantly gives random car enthusiasts the toy version of their beloved rides. The best part about this is that he practically leaves the said toy on the windshield of a car like some stealthy, all-year-round automotive Santa Clause.

This of course results in wholesome reactions because who wouldn’t be happy seeing their beloved car in toy form right? And yeah, he also covertly videos the moment when the guy or gal picks up and takes a gander at the gift.

Giving a Honda Civic Type R owner its Hot Wheels equivalent

So far, his Instagram pages indicate he has already done this for a Honda Civic Type R, Subaru WRX STIs, a Kia Stinger, a Tesla, and a Dodge Charger. Of which their owners either got excited or left smiling upon seeing the gift. For those unaware, Hot Wheels continuously updates its toy car lineup, so popular recently and currently available models will indeed have a toy equivalent.

As for need4zcars himself, the dude owns hundreds, probably even thousands of toy cars. As such, he has no qualms about spreading the love by giving away several. He’s also a proud owner of a very sexy-looking Nissan 300ZX.

The 2023 Honda Civic Type R is a high-performance, compact, five-seater, front-wheel-drive liftback. In the Philippine market, it carries a standard retail price of Php 3,880,000.

Under the hood of the Civic Type R is a 2.0-liter inline-4 gasoline turbocharged engine that can make up to 316 horsepower and 420 Nm of torque. The said engine is then paired with a six-speed manual gearbox with rev-matching.

Size-wise, the latest version of the Civic Type R is 4,593mm long, 1,890mm wide, and 1,407mm in height. It also has a wheelbase length of 2,735mm, and a ground clearance of 123mm.

Locally, the Honda Civic Type R competes against the Subaru WRX, Dodge Charger, Lexus ES, BMW 3 Series, Mercedes-Benz CLA, among others.
