Suzuki Philippines Inc. (SPH) has been hands-on in strengthening its dealership network since the start of the year with the Pasig and Cubao outlets recently refurbished to provide improved services. It also launched the Suzuki Auto Kawit, one of the largest dealerships of the brand nationwide.
Renovated SA Mactan
But the expansion efforts aren’t exclusive to Luzon as SPH reopened the Suzuki Auto Mactan, now as a 2S dealership. This means that aside from sales, the dealership now has its own After Sales Service Department that is said to be ‘ready to provide assistance to its patrons.’
The objective of the new department is to make the car ownership experience of its customers more convenient. Planted on a 100-sqm. lot size, the SA Mactan is located in Mactan Breeze, Soong, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, with a 48-sqm. sales showroom that can accommodate two vehicles for display.
Among the Suzuki vehicles that Cebuanos can get to know more about are the S-Presso, Ertiga, and Carry. It is also offering the all-new Suzuki Celerio which got more room and is more efficient. This is made possible by debuting the next-gen 1.0-liter K10C 3-cylinder gasoline engine with 66 horsepower and 89 Nm of torque.
It now offers sales and after-sales
The reopening ceremony was streamed live via Suzuki Auto Cebu’s Facebook page. SPH General Manager for Automobile Norihide Takei expressed his excitement over the new 2S dealership, as well as the support of its dealer partner, Cebu Autocentrale Corp.
“The demand for our products and services in Cebu makes it evident that the dedication of our partner, Cebu Autocentrale Corp. continues to be recognized by our patrons,” said Takei.
“This partnership is [a] testament that the market’s support towards our brand reaches across islands and braves distances. We will continue to be the reliable mobility partner, especially in areas that are vital for the development of the Philippines as a country,” added Takei.
