The rebranding effort is a testament to the brand’s commitment to providing a better car ownership experience. MMPC President and CEO Takeshi Hara assured that the company will continue to find ways to take care of its customers.

“With Mitsubishi Motors, there’s really more to the vehicle than just metal. There is the promise of a wonderful car life journey that we wish to be passed on to generations of Filipino families. With Mitsubishi Motors CARES, we want customers to be constantly reminded to remain worry-free and confident that they are leaving their vehicles in the best hands whenever they enter our service workshops,” said Hara.

Under the CARES program, MMPC highlights three elements, namely Convenience, Reliability, and Time. Convenience is delivered by making maintenance more accessible to customers. It rolled out the Mitsubishi Service Connect (MSC) which allows users to book services online even in the comfort of their homes.

Reliability is ensured by using Mitsubishi Genuine Parts and Accessories only for its model lineup that is joined by the Xpander, Mirage G4, and Montero Sport, among others. Lastly, Time is piloted by the Mitsubishi Quick Service (MQS), a program that guarantees that periodic maintenance services (PMS) will be completed in under one hour.
