The 2023 edition of the Auto Focus Test Drive Festival is now in full swing at the SM Mall of Asia (MOA) concert grounds until May 7, 2023. One of the car brands present at the event is Mitsubishi Motors Philippines, which brought along several cars for you to test drive.

One of the notable Mitsubishi cars that you can try out for yourself at this event is the all-new Xpander Cross, which was launched just this year.
The Xpander Cross is the brand’s newest offering for the local market. It comes with a more SUV-like exterior that gives it an adventure-ready appeal. All the while, it gets a three-row interior layout, making it a family-friendly ride.
Propelling the Xpander Cross is a 1.5-liter inline-4 MIVEC engine that can churn out 103 horsepower and 141 Nm of torque. Power is sent to its front wheels via a four-speed automatic gearbox.
As of 2023, the Xpander Cross gets a new steering wheel, an eight-inch fully digital instrument cluster, and a slightly improved exterior for better styling. It likewise comes with a new Active Yaw Control system for added safety.
Other Mitsubishi vehicles present at the event include the Xpander MPV, the Strada pickup truck, the Montero Sport midsize SUV, and the Mirage G4 sedan.
A L300 ice cream food truck is also present at the event
After taking your preferred Mitsubishi for a short spin, one can then visit the brand’s L300 Café for an energizing cup of coffee. For those who want to cool down, Mitsubishi also propped up the “Scoops on Wheels” ice cream food truck. Entertaining the occupants of the Xpander Cross is a seven-inch touchscreen headunit with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. This headunit is then linked to a six-piece speaker system.
