The new logo is set to be equipped with other Kia models as well.

Several weeks ago, we reported on Kia’s new logo. The said logo was unveiled along with a new slogan in order to help Kia become bolder and more daring. It also symbolizes the brand’s direction to give its customers more innovative features.

Now, the Korean Car Blog has released several pictures showing the Kia Stinger, as well as the Kia Carnival sporting the new logo. With regards to the Stinger, this might just be the first example of the model that’s using the new, more modern looking logo.

If you remember, the last changes made to the Kia Stinger model were actually substantial. For the 2021 model year, it gets a new set of LED lights, new alloy wheels, and many other fresh new exterior bits. The biggest change however, was its new exhaust muffler and its new variable exhaust valve. This of course means more exhaust flow and it can now make up to 370 horsepower. That’s five more horsepower compared to the previous version.

As for the Carnival, Kia has recently released its new fourth-gen model. It now looks more like an SUV, and it comes with a more high-tech, feature-rich interior. The 2.2-liter mill that the previous-gen Carnival used makes its return, but the new one gets a beefier 3.5-liter V6 capable of making up to 291 horsepower and 355 Nm of torque. That's more horsepower and less Nm of torque than the Kia Carnival 2019 for sale that offered 197 horsepower and 441 Nm of torque.

According to the same news source, the Korean carmaker is also planning to use the logo on the Niro EV or the e-Niro. By March 2021, the third-gen K7, also known as the Cadenza, will get the new logo as well.

Another upcoming model that will be using the new logo is the next-generation Kia Sportage, which might get a release in April this year.

Many are also pretty certain that other models in the global Kia lineup will be sporting this logo as well. We’re talking about the Picanto, the Sorento, and the Seltos among others.
