Enhance your personal mobility with the new Accent.

The country’s mobility took a toll due to the global health crisis. In public transportation, social distancing is strictly implemented at all times that causes fewer passengers per route. Indeed, we have to get used to how things go under the new normal.

With this, Hyundai Asia Resources, Inc. (HARI) is presenting the Accent as the ideal car that comes with good performance, safety features, and sensible style. The Korean automaker deliberately said that the Hyundai Accent can offer the best of all worlds in one great package.

The fifth-generation Hyundai Accent

Starting off with the performance. Powering the fifth-generation Hyundai Accent is a 1.6-liter CRDi diesel engine that produces 126 hp at 4,000 rpm and 260 Nm of torque at 1,500 rpm to 3,000 rpm. The engine is coupled to either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic transmission.

Hyundai knows that personal mobility is relatively important during these trying times as people are looking for ways to get back on their feet safely.

This is why Hyundai proudly presented the Accent as it has an optimized fuel-efficiency rating at 29.4 km/l based on internal tests conducted by HARI.

It definitely looks more sophisticated than ever

Another feature the Accent can offer is its safety features. The Hyundai Accent model available for sale comes with a more solid structure thanks to the built-in 50% Advanced High-Strength Steel (AHSS) proprietary to Hyundai’s automotive technology.

What’s more impressive is that it also meets the latest crash safety standards of the USA’s National Highway Traffic and Safety Administration (NHTSA). Moreover, the Accent is equipped with dual front airbags as standard.

The last feature the new Accent can proudly offer is its styling. Since its introduction in 1994, the Hyundai Accent’s interior and exterior design is significantly improving every generation.

Boasting of Hyundai’s Fluidic Sculpture 2.0 design, the Accent is an instant head-turner on the road thanks to its defined body lines and overall sporty appeal.
