The Hyundai Ioniq 5 is an all-electric compact crossover that has been collecting various accolades since its introduction back in February 2021. One of its most notable recognitions is the 2022 World Car of the Year award, which should make the Ioniq 5 an interesting test drive vehicle.

Individuals who want to get behind the Hyundai Ioniq 5’s wheel will go around the venue with its all-electric powertrain capable of generating up to 214 horsepower and 350 Nm of torque. The instant torque delivery only EVs can deliver should excite test drivers. It can also run up to 451 km on a single charge.

Hyundai Motor Philippines, Inc. (HMPH) is demonstrating the Ioniq 5’s Vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2V) function, which allows the model to recharge another EV using its battery charge.

Other Hyundai models available for a test drive include the Creta, Stargazer, Staria, and Tucson. Individuals who will test drive are entitled to receive a Hyundai-branded golf umbrella, while those who will place a reservation at the venue will enjoy a Php 10,000 discount voucher.

“Hyundai is thrilled to once again be a part of Autofocus’ bi-yearly activity, as it enables us to connect with more customers and provide them access to the latest cars and innovations that we have to offer. Technically, this is our second time to participate under the management of HMPH,” said HMPH Managing Director Mr. Cecil Capacete.

“We couldn’t be more eager though to utilize this opportunity to continue sharing our campaign on uplifting the quality of life among Filipino motorists through smarter mobility options,” added Capacete.
