Geely Philippines launches new customer hotline to better serve its clients
The Chinese car brand said that its new customer care hotline is aimed to further improve and streamline the process of inquiries and concerns on sales, parts, and service. Geely PH added that its team of customer care representatives is ready to assist clients with varying concerns.
Geely Philippines’ new customer care hotlines are as follows:
- (+63)917-835-8218
- (+63)917-830-2462
The car brand added that its business hours are from Mondays to Fridays, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The said customer car hotlines are in addition to Geely PH’s previously announced hotline email address, customer.care@geelyph.com. Geely said that clients who send an inquiry via its hotline email can expect a reply within two working days.
The car brand is revamping its customer service after receiving flak from concerned Geely owners, which occurred last few months. As a review, a Geely Coolray owner brought his unit to a service center for a faulty fuel pump. The unit was held for four months, and the owner found leftover junk food wrappers inside the vehicle.

The said issue blew up, and Geely Philippines received negative comments, especially from netizens. Geely PH acknowledged that there were lapses on its part. It then released an official statement that promised improved services for customers.
Geely PH also took the opportunity to apologize for any inconvenience, saying there were “lapses in addressing the concerns regarding the handling of the vehicles.”
“We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude for the continued support and patronage from our cherished customers and prospective clients. Rest assured, we are steadfast in our resolve to prevent such occurrences in the future,” concluded Geely Philippines in an official statement released last September 1, 2023.
