Geely PH opens first in-line store in SM Taytay 

Geely’s local distributor Sojitz G Auto Philippines Corporation (SGAP) has just opened its first ever in-line store. It is situated inside SM City Taytay, and according to the brand, the latest branch provides better access to its products.

Unlike your run-of-the-mill dealership, this new store functions just like any other store inside a mall. This potentially means more foot traffic from mall goers, and even more advertising opportunities for the brand.  

Likewise, Geely customers who will pay a visit to the new in-line store can also conveniently enjoy the other facilities that the mall has to offer.  

But like a typical dealership, it also has two to three display units at any given time. The said outlet can also facilitate test drives for all locally available Geely units. And of course, one can purchase a Geely vehicle from the said store.  

Also noteworthy about this in-mall store is that it is managed by Geely North EDSA, which in turn is a dealership directly owned by SGAP. This sets it apart from most of the other Geely dealerships in the country, which are operated with a partner.  

Speaking of other dealerships, SGAP also adds that it will be opening more branches in different parts of the country soon. Specifically, it now has 34 dealerships nationwide, but they are looking to expand that to more than 40 outlets.

As mentioned, one can purchase any of the locally available Geely models. Currently, the most affordable among these is the Geely Emgrand sedan, which starts at Php 753,000. There’s also the Geely Coolray subcompact crossover which starts at Php 1,073,000. 

Moving on to larger models, there’s the Azkarra compact crossover which starts at Php 1,788,000. Geely’s current largest model, the Okavango seven-seater crossover in turn, has a starting price of Php 1,503,000.
