The Geely Okavango is a 7-seater crossover that was locally introduced by the Chinese car brand in its model lineup last November 2020. Despite launched late last year, the Okavango managed to surpass the Geely Azkarra in terms of unit sales in 2020. This shows that the Philippine market has a distinct appeal when it comes to seven-seater vehicles.

Geely says customers who will book for a test drive will get to experience the features that made the Okavango such an instant hit to Filipino car buyers. Inside, it can comfortably seat up to seven passengers and is complemented with a panoramic sunroof available in the new top-spec Urban Plus variant.

Geely Okavango

The Geely Okavango 2023 is the first seven-seater from Geely Philippines for the Philippine market, which also makes it the biggest model in the lineup so far. Despite its unibody platform, Geely’s third model for Filipino customers is actually longer and wider than mainstream contenders in the truck-based midsize SUV category, measuring 4,835mm long, 1,900mm wide, and 1,785mm high. Ground clearance, however, is at a rather low 194mm.
