Ford Philippines has been rolling out new programs that expand its presence in the digital space. This time, the company is improving its aftersales with the launch of the Online Service Booking and Service Price Calculator.
Ford Philippines rolls out a new online booking system
As the name suggests, the Online Service Booking system allows customers to book service appointments at their preferred Ford dealership anytime and anywhere. They can also choose a preferred service advisor and check real-time appointment availability.
Once a booking is scheduled, the estimated price will be displayed on the Service Price Calculator embedded into the Online Service Booking System. This service provides customers with information regarding the price they can expect for services like preventive maintenance schedules (PMS).
The new program aims to make aftersales more convenient for customers
\On the said system, the company allows customers to avail of the In-Dealer (the regular service and maintenance) or Express Service for customers who prefer to get their vehicles serviced in 90 minutes or less.
Of note, customers can access both programs on Ford Philippines’ official website. These are part of the company’s Ford Family Guarantee, an aftersales and service program aimed at building “long-term trust and confidence” with customers.
“At Ford, we continue to look for ways to give our customers the next-generation ownership experience they deserve,” said Ford Philippines Ford Customer Service Division (FCSD) Director Joyce Laxamana.
“With Online Service Booking and Service Price Calculator, we make it easier for our customers to schedule their vehicle servicing and know the projected PMS costs beforehand to deliver convenient and worry-free service maintenance on their fingertips,” added Laxamana.
As mentioned earlier, this is just one of the many programs created to expand its digital presence. Another is the FordPass, an app that allows owners to remotely control their vehicles using their smartphones. It is made available on Ford vehicles such as the next-gen Ranger and Everest.
