Ford PH rolls out enhanced service program with Family Guarantee

Ford Philippines has been rolling out new programs that provide customers with a more convenient car ownership experience. The latest initiative from the Blue Oval company is the Ford Family Guarantee.

The Ford Family Guarantee gives owners after-sales products and service offerings that “aim to build long-term trust and confidence.” Under this program, Ford Philippines is offering three services. This includes Express Service, Pickup and Delivery, and Mobile Service Vehicle.

The Express Service is now available to owners of select Ford vehicles who need a way to access maintenance services quickly. Through this program, services are designed to be performed within 90 minutes. The Express Service even comes with a free car wash.

The Pickup and Delivery service meanwhile, allows Ford dealers to pick up customers’ vehicles for servicing. Once the service is completed, Ford dealers will return the vehicles to customers' preferred locations.

The program aims to provide a more convenient ownership experience

Last but not least, the Mobile Service Vehicle essentially functions as a service facility on the go. This means that Ford can conduct services at specific locations without compromising the quality of work. Services covered include oil and fluid change, wiper replacement, battery replacement, tire rotations, brake services, and module software updates, among others.

“Our commitment this year is to continuously expand our product and service offerings under Ford Family Guarantee,” said Ford Philippines Managing Director Mike Breen.

As we mentioned earlier, Ford Philippines is working continuously to improve its services by introducing new programs. One of the recent ones is the FordPass, which allows customers to access their Ford vehicles using a smartphone.

By next quarter, the company will take further enhance its services by inaugurating a new parts warehouse facility in the country. This upcoming facility will be one of the biggest parts warehouses in Southeast Asia with an area size of over 13,000 sqm and can store up to 37,000 vehicle parts. Thanks to this new parts warehouse, customers might enjoy lesser lead times for parts deliveries.
