Biggest Ford Island Conquest event to be held at Bonifacio High Street this month

There are plenty of perks and prizes up for grabs.

In our previous reports about the Ford Island Conquest event, it headed to SM City Pampanga back in September and then made its way to SM City Davao in October. To follow up on these, Ford is taking the said event tot the Bonifacio High Street Amphitheater from November 17-20.

The next-generation 2023 Ford Ranger

According to the Blue Oval brand, this is the Ford Island Conquest’s biggest iteration yet. Over Php 4 million in cash savings on car purchases is up for grabs, and customers also have the chance to get their hands on a variety of prizes.

Customers who have decided to make a reservation for the Ford Territory, Mustang, Explorer, the next-generation Ranger, and the next-generation Everest may also get to win Php 200,000 in cash savings during the 3-day event. Of note, this is a part of the pick-a-prize promotion, apart from other exciting offerings that will also be available.

These include exclusive Ford merchandise and genuine Ford accessories. If a customer prefers, they can also take advantage of the “Upgrade your Ride” program. This works by providing buyers of next-gen Ford vehicles a chance to dress up their rides to a higher variant for free or receive Php 50,000 in cash savings, with the latter offered in the pick-a-prize promo.

If you’re planning to pay a visit to the Ford Island Conquest event at the Bonifacio High Street Amphitheater, then be aware that it is open from 10:00 a.m. to 9 p.m. Test drives are also available on-site until 6:00 p.m.

Ford Everest 2024

The Ford Everest 2024 is a ladder-frame, rear-wheel-drive or four-wheel-drive, midsize, seven-seater SUV. In the Philippine market, this model has four different variants. The Trend 4x2 AT, Sport 4x2 AT, Titanium+ 4x2 AT, and the Titanium+ 4x4 AT. Locally, its price ranges from Php 1,799,000 to Php 2,525,000.

Size-wise, the 2024 Everest is 4,904mm long, 2,201mmwide, and 1,884mm in height. It also has a wheelbase length of 2,900mm, and a ground clearance of 223mm.
Powering the all-new Everest are two engines. For the Titanium+ 4x4, it uses a 2.0-liter bi-turbo diesel engine four-banger capable of outputting 210 horsepower and 500 Nm of torque. The rest meanwhile uses a 2.0-liter turbodiesel that can dish out 170 horsepower and 405 Nm of torque. Only the top-spec trim gets a 10-speed automatic gearbox paired with a 4x4 drivetrain. The rest then gets a 4x2 drivetrain and a six-speed automatic transmission.

Locally, the 2024 Ford Everest Philippines competes against the likes of the Toyota Fortuner, Nissan Terra, Isuzu mu-X, Mitsubishi Montero Sport, among others.
