If you read the title and think that this could be your ticket to owning a 7-seater SUV, the latest iteration of the model is now a 5-seater compact crossover. It was launched last year in the country, coming with a sleeker-looking design, a new platform, and a turbocharged gasoline engine.
The Trailblazer is moving forward anew
The Chevrolet Trailblazer LT brings exterior bits such as halogen headlamps, LED daytime running lights, and a set of 17-inch aluminum wheels. Inside, the crossover model has a Jet Black-themed cabin, leather-style seats, and an 8-inch Chevrolet MyLink infotainment screen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
As mentioned earlier, the vehicle replaced the diesel engine from the previous model in favor of a 1.3-liter inline-3 turbocharged gasoline engine. This power unit makes 155 horsepower and 236 Nm of torque. As standard, the engine sends power to the front wheels via a continuously variable transmission (CVT).
For a more upscale variant of the Trailblazer, the top-spec Premier adds LED headlamps, LED taillights, automatic climate control, a powered tailgate with a hands-free function, and roof rails, among others. It can be yours with a Php 45,000 cash discount, or an all-in down payment offer of Php 68,000.

Chevrolet Trailblazer Launch
The 2024 Chevrolet Trailblazer first made its appearance at the 18th Shanghai International Automobile Industry Exhibition. It was developed by General Motors Korea, and it was meant for emerging markets. Then again, it also made its debut in the North American market in 2020.
Chevrolet Philippines then followed suit and released the Trailblazer in October 2021 with two variants.
Chevrolet Trailblazer Exterior
On the outside, the new Trailblazer features an aggressive front end that looks a bit like the Camaro. The top-spec variant also gets a pair of LED headlamps, LED daytime running lights, LED front fog lamps, and silver trim pieces. The entry-level model meanwhile gets black-out trim pieces.
On both trims, this Chevy model also has a rear spoiler. Wrapping up its look is a set of 17-inch wheels.
Chevrolet Trailblazer Interior
The Chevrolet Trailblazer 2024 can seat up to five passengers. In both trims, it provides leather seats, an auto-dimming rear-view mirror, and a bench-type rear seat with a 60:40 split fold. The top-spec Premier trim, however, does have automatic climate control, while the entry-level LT has manual air-conditioning.
