The new midsize crossover is designed to push the limits by offering premium features while keeping its impressive value for money attribute. Also, the Chinese marque aims to help expand the benefits of eco-friendly powertrains in the local market with the Tiggo 8 Pro plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV).

“We are excited to unveil our brilliant, new flagship in the all-new Chery Tiggo 8 Pro. With its luxurious styling and features, we expect it to surprise and delight Filipinos longing for the design and technology found in high-end luxury SUVs, but at a much more affordable price point,” said Chery Auto Philippines President Erroll Dueñas.

Exterior-wise, the front end looks a lot similar to the Chery Tiggo 7 Pro thanks to its big diamond grille. It is paired with slim LED headlights and LED fog lamps for bright road illumination. A set of 18-inch alloy wheels provide a rugged SUV look to the side profile along with the blacked-out wheel fenders.
