Changan Automobile has officially made a comeback in the Philippine market last year with five models, including one electric vehicle (EV). The lineup consists of the Alsvin subcompact sedan, CS35 Plus subcompact crossover, CS75 compact crossover, 7-seater CS95 midsize SUV, and Eado EV460 electric vehicle.
The Changan vehicles offered in the local market come with competitive features and sleek exterior styling at affordable pricing. Changan Motor Philippines, Inc. (CMPI), the official business unit of Changan in the country, wants to further improve its brand by rolling out the Vital 5.
Changan's Vital 5 After-sales Program
The Vital 5 is the Chinese carmaker’s after-sales service program that aims to provide customers with a confident ownership experience. The after-sales service program consists of five Vital signs designed to care for customer’s vital needs.
The Vital Sign 1 includes a 5-year mileage warranty, or 150,000 kilometers, whichever comes first. This is rolled out by CMPI as it wants to provide valued customers with worry-free car ownership from the get-go.

The Vital Sign 2 is the Veloservice which allows customers to book an online appointment with just a click. CMPI also reassures customers that it has the maintenance parts available at all times. If not, then customers can get the parts for free.
The Vital Sign 3 is named the Fastlane. The Fastlane guarantees a 60-minute preventive maintenance service (PMS) conducted by two certified Changan technicians. Of note, if the service exceeds an hour, then the PMS is free. Moreover, the PMS labor is free for the first 20,000 kilometers or one year.
