Changan PH launches roadside assistance program

This reflects the brand’s commitment to keeping its customers safe.

Changan Motor Philippines, Inc. (CMPI) is preparing for the Holy Week with the launching of the “Summer Motorist Roadside Assistance (SMRA).”

Changan is keeping customers' safety in mind

More motorists will be on the road in the upcoming days as they will either go home to their provinces or go on out-of-town trips with friends and family. With the SMRA program, CMPI can ensure safe travels for its customers by taking care of them in the event of a vehicle breakdown.

The program aims to provide services outside the dealership so keep Changan vehicles can keep moving this Holy Week and summertime.

Over at Land Transportation Office (LTO), the government agency will also roll out a heightened alert campaign in response to the Holy Week rush. Other automakers have also launched their respective programs to ensure safety for their customers.

The Chinese automaker is also offering a free inspection service

In addition to the SMRA program, CMPI will offer a free 25-point safety inspection from April 3 to April 8, 2023 (except Holy Thursday and Good Friday). Certified Changan service technicians will be on duty to ensure the roadworthiness of vehicles of the brand’s customers.
