All-new Chevrolet Cruze 2019 and Chevrolet Spark 2019 disclosed

Both cars will hit the US market at the end of 2018.

After the pricing revelation of the all-new Cruze 2018 in the Philippine market, the bow-tie brand continued introducing the new version of the second-gen Chevrolet Cruze 2019 with a sportier look and advanced techs.

According to the latest car news, like the outgoing model, the new Cruze is also available in 2 body types: hatchback and sedan.

Walking around, the Cruze 2019 features a meaner-looking front fascia with fresh chrome trim, reshaped fog lamps, new dual-port mesh grill design, redesigned wheels, new headlights and lower front bumper. All of these fresh features earn the car a more dynamic appearance than the current model. Meanwhile, the rear gets minor changes with standard LED taillights at the top-of-the-line version, bringing the Cruze a more sculpted and upscale look.

Stepping inside, the interior gets a new cue dubbed 'Umber' and an improved Infotainment 3 system which is offered additional apps, quicker Bluetooth connectivity, greater screen resolution and faster processing speeds.

For engines, the new Chevrolet Cruze 2019 is armed with the 4L turbocharged inline-four EcoTec mill which can generate 153 hp and 240 Nm of torque, combined with a 6-speed manual or automatic gearbox. It is also offered a 1.6L inline-four turbo-diesel powertrain producing 135 hp and 325 Nm of torque, mated to a 9-speed automatic or 6-speed manual transmission like in the old Chevrolet Cruze 2012 for sale.

Besides the new Cruze, the American car manufacturer also revealed refreshment on the Chevrolet Spark 2019 with loads of updates on its front fascia. It now comes with larger front grille with thicker chrome trim, a glossier front bumper, reshaped headlamps, new fog lamps and slightly tweaked taillights.

Opening the door, the Chevrolet Spark 2019 features a fresh Infotainment 3 touchscreen system and its hatchback version receives a new Low Speed Forward Automatic Braking system which is considered as a collision avoidance system.

Under the hood, the Spark 2019 is powered by a 1.4L naturally-aspirated 4-cylinder EcoTec engine which can dole out 98 hp and 128 Nm of torque, works in a conjunction with CVT or a 5-speed manual transmission.
