The former is a 2.4L MPI naturally aspirated petrol powertrain mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission while the latter is a 2.2L R-series CRDi turbodiesel unit. However, the Indonesian market will not be offered a 2.0L T-GDI petrol turbo engine.

The new Hyundai Santa Fe 2019 measures 1,890 mm in width, 4,770 mm in length, which is 10 mm wider and 80 mm longer than the 3rd-gen model. The car is equipped with a 2,765 mm wheelbase and 19’’ wheels.
Walking around, the new Santa Fe now gets multi-tier lighting with main beams and LED daytime running lights, plus the newest “Cascading Grille” signature of the Korean car brand. Moving to the rear, the tail lights look quite similar to the OLED scales of BMW and the rear’s cover seems to get a bit Mercedes-style crystal elements.
Stepping inside, the cabin shows a more premium feel than the previous model’s. It now receives improved rearward visibility with 41% larger rear quarter glass and also offers a more generous space for the 3rd and 2nd seating rows.
