Jeep Wrangler 2019 officially released in the Philippines

On occasion of the 15th anniversary as the exclusive distributor of RAM, Dodge, Jeep, and Chrysler vehicles in the Philippines, Auto Nation Group has launched the much-awaited Jeep Wrangler 2019 - the most capable SUV and the featured icon of American freedom.

Walking around, the all-new Jeep Wrangler JL still features solid axles on both front and rear fascia for excellent off-road capability. Meanwhile, the suspension has been revamped to be more suitable for daily drivers. It comes equipped with black steel wheels and 245/75 R 17 all-terrain tires.

The Wrangler boasts the body-on-frame construction which shows off a 70-year heritage of Jeep. Besides, the car also gets a high stance, muscular fenders, round headlamps, and 7-slot grille.

Stepping inside, the Jeep Wrangler 2019 shows an admirable interior perfectly combining state-of-the-art infotainment features and convenience with heritage-inspired design cues.

At the center of the cabin is the 3rd-gen Uconnect system with a 5’’ screen display, along with an instrument cluster coming with a 3.5’’ customizable display. The interior’s features are also inherited from the previous model, including durable mesh pockets, underfloor storage, and numerous phone storage areas.

Under the hood, the Wrangler 2019 comes available in 2 engine options: a new 2.0L 4-cylinder direct injection mill with 268 hp and 400 Nm of torque and a 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 engine producing 285 hp and 352 Nm of torque. Both powertrains work in conjunction with an eight-speed automatic transmission.

As for safety features, the Jeep Wrangler 2019 is pampered with a great update in its safety and security with over 75 passive and active features including multiple airbags, electronic stability control, park view rear backup camera, rear cross-path detection, and blind-spot monitoring.
