After a long time of waiting, the Philippine market has finally welcomed the fourth-gen Suzuki Jimny 2019. The Jimny 2019 is built based on a strong ladder-on-frame construction using a thicker undercoating and zinc-coated steel. Both front and rear ends receive long-travel coil springs for more comfort and rigid 3-link solid axles for improved off-road traction.
Thanks to the All-Grip Pro 4WD, the new Jimny can shift from 4WD to 2WD, and vice versa to reach optional off-road performance without reducing fuel economy. Being equipped with an ultra-compact frame and short overhangs, along with its 49-degree departure angle, 28-degree ramp break over and 37-degree approach, the Suzuki Jimny 2019 can easily come across obstacles on the roads.
Even on tougher roads, it does not matter for the Jimny thanks to its stability control system which combines brake-based Limited Slip Differential, Hill Descent Control, and Hill Hold Control.
