Fill out the form with your full name, phone number, email address, region, and your preferred car model. The form will serve as your raffle entry, and a confirmation message sent to your email addresses once the entry has been submitted. Each customer is entitled to one raffle entry, with the deadline for all submissions at 11:59 p.m. of September 15, 2021.

At stake are 10 standard prizes of Php 1,000 each, plus a grand prize of Php 10,000. The winning entries will be drawn in an electronic raffle at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, September 17, 2021. This will be done via live stream over the Philkotse Facebook page, under the supervision of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). 

Upon verification by Philkotse and the DTI, winners will be notified through their registered contact number and email address. Two valid government IDs will be required to claim the cash prize, which will be transferred to the winners through their preferred banks.
