Peugeot Philippines is going big this holiday season with huge discounts for its models including the 2008. This could be the ticket for prospective buyers to own a Peugeot vehicle heading into the holiday season.
Peugeot 2008
Under the Lion brand’s holiday promo, the Peugeot 2008 is made available with a cash discount of as much as Php 332,000. As such, the price is cut to a net SRP (suggested retail price) of Php 1,418,000 (from Php 1,750,000).
The Peugeot 2008 is the French automaker’s entry into the local subcompact crossover segment, competing against the likes of the Honda HR-V and Mazda CX-30. It is fitted with LED headlights with signature daytime running lights (DRLs), LED taillights, and a set of 17-inch alloy wheels.

Inside, entertainment is provided by the seven-inch infotainment touchscreen – which supports both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The cabin is also installed with the brand’s 3D i-Cockpit, giving the driver a more immersive driving experience.
Powering the vehicle is a 1.2-liter turbocharged inline-three good for 130 horsepower and 230 Nm of torque. The engine sends power to the front wheels via a standard six-speed automatic transmission.

When it comes to dimensions, the 2008 is 4,300 mm long, 1,770 mm wide, and 1,550 mm high, with a wheelbase rated at 2,605 mm. In the local market, this French subcompact crossover is competing against the likes of the Subaru XV, Kia Seltos, and Mazda CX-30.
