The initiative helps reduce carbon footprint

The plan of installing more solar power panels in North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) and Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX) is currently being eyed by NLEX Corporation. This shows the company’s commitment to providing a more sustainable future which was seen as early as 2006 when it participated in tree planting programs.

“The things we do are guided by our commitment to the greater good. We are seizing the opportunity to do more for our motorists and environment by improving our operational efficiency and promoting sustainability. This is deeply ingrained as one of our core values,” said NLEX Corporation President and General Manager J. Luigi L. Bautista.
