Months after the hatchback version did its debut, the 12th generation Toyota Corolla 2020 is now making its presence known with its noteworthy style options. Officially making its debut at a media event in California and at the same time being unveiled at the Guangzhou International Automobile Exhibition in China, the 2020 Corolla sedan will surely be a crowd darling.
The Corolla 2020 sedan marks the first full redesign of this popular car since the year 2013. This 2020 model follows suit to Toyota's recent models opting to the automaker's TNGA (Toyota New Global Architecture) modular platform.
According to the latest car news, the next-gen Corolla has two variations when it comes to style. The Prestige look is meant for China and Europe while the Sporty look is reserved for Japan and US.
There's a subtle but noteworthy difference when it comes to the 2020s more rounded roofline, a more stylish rear windshield, and more of a conclave line for the windows compared to the previous model. It has also adapted the hatchback and wagon's door-mounted side mirrors adding to its flair less the bold and defining lines. The Toyota Corolla Altis 2020 boasts softer creases and curves.

Interior wise, it has very much inherited the hatch and wagon models. The Toyota Corolla 2020 has the same dominating floating touchscreen strategically located at the top center of the dashboard together with a U-shaped control panel for the air conditioning system. The huge multi-information display also provides a glimpse of the digital enhancements. Similar to the other models, the unique design of the center console doubles as a smart and convenient storage compartment.

Safety and security are naturally and critically incorporated like the Vehicle Stability Control, Traction Control, Electronic Brake-force Distribution, Brake Assist, Pre-Collision System, and Anti-lock Braking System just to name a few. These systems at least are confirmed for the US, Europe, and China releases. To top it off, there are up to eight airbags to ensure full occupant protection.
Toyota promises that the Toyota Corolla 2020 has more to offer when it comes to the overall experience and all we have to do is wait on its greater ASEAN debut!
