Caltex, marketed by Chevron Philippines, Inc. (CPI), is raffling a next-gen Ford Ranger Sport under its Pickup Your Rewards promo.

To join the promo, Caltex Rewards members will receive one raffle entry for every accumulated Php 500 spent on any Caltex fuels. Caltex will choose three winners of the pickup truck, while 400 winners will take home 250,000 Caltex Rewards points.
“We are very excited to offer our first national promo this year, Caltex Pickup Your Rewards with amazing prices for Caltex Rewards members. With this promo, customers can earn regular Caltex Reward points, at the same time, they can also get a chance to win a Ford Ranger Sport,” said CPI Country Chairman Billy Liu.
The Ford Ranger Sport is the pickup’s mid-spec variant positioned just below the flagship Wildtrak variant. It is equipped with amenities such as LED exterior lighting, smart keyless entry with a push start button, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, and leather and synthetic leather seats with unique Sport styling.
Caltex is raffling prizes worth millions
Fitted into the center console is a 10-inch portrait touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. It is complemented by six speakers and a wireless charger.
Powering the truck is a 2.0-liter single turbodiesel engine good for 168 horsepower and 405 Nm of torque. Caltex is raffling the Ranger Sport 4x2 variant, which also comes with a 6-speed automatic gearbox.
All entries received by May 5 can get the chance to be one of the 200 winners of the 250,000 Caltex Rewards points in the first draw.
The major prize is a brand-new Ford Ranger Sport
Meanwhile, the entries that will not win in the first draw will still get a chance to win the reward points (200 more winners) and a next-gen Ford Ranger Sport in the second draw. There will be one winner from Metro Manila, one winner from the rest of Luzon, and one winner from Visayas/Mindanao.
The cut-off for the raffle in the second draw will be on July 17, 2023.

The 2023 Ford Ranger is a 4x4 or 4x2 pickup truck. It is the latest version of the said model, and as of its launch in the Philippine market, it has a total of eight different variants.
These are the top-spec Wildtrak 4x4, Wildtrak 4x2, Sport 4x4, Sport 4x2, XLT 4x2, XLS 4x2 AT, XLS 4x2 MT, and the entry-level XL 4x4. As of 2023, prices for these trims ranges from php 1,213,000 to Php 1,910,000.
Under the hood of the new Ranger are two-different diesel mills. For the Wildtrak 4x4, it uses a 2.0-liter biturbo that can churn out 210 horsepower and 500 Nm of torque. It is also the sole trim that uses a 10-speed automatic tranny.
The rest of the all-new Ranger then gets a 2.0-liter turbodiesel that can produce up to 170 horsepower and 405 Nm of torque. Only the XLS 4x2 and the XL 4x4 may come with a six-speed manual. The other non-biturbo trims then use a six-speed automatic.
Size-wise, the all-new 2023 Ranger is 5,370mm long, 1,918mm wide, and 1,884mm in height. They also offer a wheelbase length of 3,270mm, and a ground clearance of 235mm.
Locally, the 2023 Ford Ranger faces the Toyota Hilux, Nissan Navara, Mitsubishi Strada, Isuzu D-Max, Mazda BT-50, etc.
