A great news for the beloved haulers of Mitsubishi who has been eagerly waiting for the local release of the Mitsubishi 2019 Strada! The new pickup will be available in Philippines market in the near future. For those who want to take a quick glimpse at the upgraded vehicle before its official debut, the corporation has published a webpage with teaser images and details of the pickup.
Visiting the site, it is noticed that the next-gen Strada will clearly look like the pickup truck introduced in Thailand with designed theme called “Rock Solid” and Dynamic Shield grille inspired from the Xpander. It gets two level of front lamp structure: LED lamps and headlamps in top section and sidelights and fog lamps in lower portion.
It won’t take a long time until Mitsubishi Strada 2019 debuts in PH
Compared to its processor, Strada’ backward was redesigned with the LED tail lamps taking best cues from Montero’s style. Looking around, the exterior has enhanced the new trims with updated tailgate and spoke alloy.
In addition to the extensive makeover of the exterior, the internal has also been upgraded with new switch panels and more luxury gears of the armrests & the parking brake. The fur-covered steering wheel is propelled by a lightly messaged version from the Montero Sport.

Next-gen Strada 2019 looks bolder with upgraded interior
Speaking of the hood, the current 2.4-l 4N15 MIVEC turbo diesel is unchanged. However, new Strada receives a critical development in altering transmission from five to six-speed unit. Also, Mitsubishi enhances new off-road mode and braking systems to improve riding quality.
Things got a little better with the safety structures thanks to the addition of smart driving supplies including reverse camera, backward cross traffic alert & blind spot warning...
