Lexus PH elevates car-buying experience with suite of luxury services

Lexus Philippines has introduced a new service that elevates all facets of customer experience. Dubbed Lexus Premium, this makes the act of buying the brand’s lineup of luxury rides more special.

The new suite of services elevates the Lexus car buying experience

There are three main components to the Lexus Premium service: there’s Lexus Financial Services, Lexus Insure, and Lexus Certified Pre-Owned. 

For the Financial Services, the Japanese luxury brand offers various ways for would-be owners to get their hands on their dream car. This includes the auto loan service and a finance lease, both of which are applicable to either brand-new cars or certified pre-owned cars. 

Of note, the brand’s leasing package is the Kinto One which was launched locally by Toyota Financial Services Philippines back in 2021. This requires no downpayment and instead, is paid for via a fixed monthly fee. All expenses related to maintaining the car are inclusive of the monthly fee. Beyond that, Kinto One customers will have access to the Kinto Concierge Service and a personal vehicle management assistance service.

All customers availing of Lexus Financial Services will also get to enjoy exclusive perks such as preferential loan rates, dedicated customer service, faster approval processing, etc. 

Next up is the Lexus Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) program. As per its name, it is a way for the brand to re-sell its lineup of used cars and it is available via the Lexus Manila dealership. All used Lexus sold under the CPO are guaranteed to be in good condition, as they go through a 211-point inspection, and will not have exceeded a 60,000 km odometer reading. Those wanting to trade in their older Lexus for a new one can likewise enjoy quick assessments of a car’s value.

The third and final component of the Lexus Premium service is the brand’s insurance offerings. Called Lexus Insure, it provides customers’ cars access to worry-free approval for claims and payment, minimum participation fees, and the brand’s roadside assistance program. This service also assures customers that their vehicles can get back to tip-top shape after a fender bender thanks to Lexus Genuine Parts and the brand’s repair services.

With all that said, getting, as well as owning a Lexus now is much easier and more convenient than ever before.
