Now, the company has once again shown its commitment to supporting medical frontliners by conducting a donation drive to hospitals in Laguna. It donated personal protective equipment (PPE) and food packs to three hospitals, namely The Medical City South Luzon, Global Care Medical Center, and New Sinai MDI Hospital.

HCPI also temporarily provided vehicles to the said hospitals, along with four other hospitals during the recent enhanced community quarantine (ECQ). The four other hospitals include the Unihealth-Southwoods Hospitals, Global Care Medical Center, Perpetual Help Medical Center, and Carmona Hospital and Medical Center.

The company continues to support medical frontliners

Considering that public transportation is limited during ECQ, the lent vehicles can be used to transport frontliners and medical equipment conveniently and safer. With this, the effort should help curb the COVID-19 cases in the country.

“We are truly grateful to our medical frontliners who continuously provide the utmost care and service to numerous patients during this pandemic. We hope that through this activity, we are able to assist the hardworking and brave hospital personnel as they continue to face the challenges brought by the COVID-19 pandemic,” said HCPI General Manager for Customer Service Delfin De Guzman.

According to HCPI, the reason why it is able to continue its campaign of supporting frontliners is with the proceeds of the recently sold Honda Team Mugen SF 13 Race Car. It was brought in the country in 2014 following its championship-winning year at the 2013 Japanese Super Formula Championship.
