Vaccinated APORs need to present their vaccination cards, and their certificate of APOR status to avail of the free ride in any of the said train systems. The DOTr clarified that individuals who have been vaccinated with a first dose will still be eligible for the free train rides.

On the other hand, the Metro Manila Council (MMC), composed of 17 Metro Manila mayos, wants to ease the COVID-19 guidelines for fully vaccinated (vaxxed) individuals in the National Capital Region (NCR).
